Pisés

Pasek’s PISÉS are acid-resistant gunning masses with a high SiO₂ content (above 80%) and a ceramic binder, designed for both cold and hot applications.

They provide excellent resistance and adhesion, making them ideal for the protection of equipment in contact with high-temperature liquids, such as hot metal and acidic slags.

Pasek offers two main types of PISÉS:

  • Silicoaluminous Pisé: a silica-based mass specifically adapted for gunning slag pots and transfer ladles.
  • MGC (Magnesia) Pisé: a fast-drying formulation specially developed for the protection and repair of slag pots.
