Pasek 85 G (SUPRA 85)
High-alumina gunning concrete based on bauxite and cord.
Main applications:
Maintenance by gunning of slag lines in steel ladles, RH snorkels, degassing snorkels, steel industry staging areas, casting covers, rotary kilns, incinerator towers, cement plant furnaces and chambers, prefabricated pieces.
Application method:
Conventional gunning, spraying.
Maximum service temperature:
1700 °C.
Quality:
89% Al₂O₃

Pasek 85 S (PK 85 BP)
Pumpable high-alumina concrete based on bauxite and cord.
Main applications:
Spraying of torpedo ladles.
Application method:
Shotcrete.
Maximum service temperature:
1700 °C.
Quality:
90% Al₂O₃

Pasek 80 C (HYDROCERAM 80 FN)
Cable-vibrated.
Main applications:
Working layer and walls in walking beam furnaces. Furnace balance beams and blast furnace routes. TN treatment rods. RH snorkels. Steel ladle safety. In general, applications requiring very high refractoriness and high mechanical strength. EAF roof center.
Application method:
Casting.
Maximum service temperature:
1650 °C.
Quality:

Pasek 65 AND C (PK 65 BCF)
Thixotropic cable-vibrated concrete.
Main applications:
Permanent lining of continuous casting troughs. High resistance to thermal shock.
Application method:
Casting/vibrating and/or pneumatic transport.
Maximum service temperature:
1650 °C.
Quality:
70% Al₂O₃

Pasek 90 F (PK ATN 8D)
Self-leveling low-cement concrete based on spinel and tabular alumina.
Main applications:
Working lining on wall and bottom of steel treatment ladles.
Application method:
Casting.
Maximum service temperature:
1750 °C.
Quality:
93% Al₂O₃

Pasek 85 P (H 85 Plástica)
Plastic high-alumina concrete based on bauxite and cord.
Main applications:
Protection of transition line and steel ladle rim. Excellent resistance to steel and slags. Filling of porous stopper holders, half-round bottom of ladle, etc. Applicable by casting and trowel. Repair of spalling in tundish and ladles. Could be gunned if necessary.
Application method:
Spraying.
Maximum service temperature:
1700 °C.
Quality:
93% Al₂O₃

Pasek 65 AND G (HYDROCERAM 65 GUN C)
High-alumina gunning concrete based on andalusite and bauxite.
Main applications:
Maintenance by gunning of RH bodies, injection covers, CAS bells, pig iron ladles.
Application method:
Conventional gunning.
Maximum service temperature:
1550 °C.
Quality:
68% Al₂O₃
